A: Our gift cards are incredibly flexible! You can use them for any of our services, including ongoing subscriptions, as well as for any retail products we offer.

A: When a gift card is purchased, the full value is immediately added as a credit to the recipient's patient wallet. It acts as a balance on their account, ready to be used for future purchases.
Q: How do I redeem my gift card balance?
A: Your gift card credit is automatically applied at checkout. Whether you are paying for a service in person or buying products on our website, the credit in your wallet will be used first to cover the cost.
Q: What happens if my purchase total is more than my gift card balance?
A: No problem! The available balance from your wallet will be applied to the total, and you can pay the remaining amount using any of our standard payment methods.
Q: Do gift cards have an expiration date?
A: No, our gift cards never expire. The balance will remain in your patient wallet until it has been fully used.
Q: Can I get a refund for a gift card?
A: Unfortunately, all gift card purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.
